Apply a matte eyeshadow 2-3 shades lighter than your skin tone in your brow bone area. Be sure to blend.

Take a dark green satin eyeshadow and apply it to the lid with a blending brush. Blend in small, tight circular motions.

This step is especially important if you have smaller eyes—the light shade helps to open them up more. Using a pencil brush, take the gold shadow and line the inner corners of the area right under your lashes. Then using the pencil brush again, line the rest of the perimeter of that area with the green shadow. Line your eyes with a black pencil.
